Our mission was to breathe new life into an eight-story commercial building by converting it into six high-end flats, commissioned by the notable Howard de Walden Estate. The project’s highlight—a rooftop extension—birthed an extra distinct urban space and an outdoor terrace, delivering panoramic views of the Harley Street Conservation Area.
We modelled the interior after the original 1940s exterior—reflecting period nostalgia with the selection of ironmongery, detailed ceiling artistry, hidden light fixings, and bespoke joinery. Complementing these vintage elements, we introduced a modern edge with upscale fixtures and fittings in the bathrooms and kitchens.
Boasting a fusion between timeless charm and a modern spirit, this project stands as an epitome of our attention-to-detail approach. By bridging past aesthetics and present functionality, we’ve shaped an architectural experience that marries elegance with contemporary living seamlessly.
