This project saw the demolition of a mews house and ancillary buildings with retention of the facade and 5m excavation to create a series of unique spaces within the Harley Street Conservation Area.

Accommodation for the new sports rehabilitation centre includes a physiotherapy pool with changing rooms, 4 large gym spaces, consulting rooms, 2 new lifts and support spaces.
